Return Policy

No Cash Refunds. Exchange Only. Exchanges on FULL-PRICE merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of the date you received the merchandise, with original receipt and tags only. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note: All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Late or missing exchange items (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges on Damaged Items (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@bellargopiarge.com and send your item to: 601 West Avenue, Box 308 Jenkintown PA 19046.

 

Shipping:

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 601 West Avenue, Box 308 Jenkintown PA 19046. Once your product is received you will be issued an online credit, in which you may purchase your new item. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit amount.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
